How to Use the Driver App:

**1. Go Online**: Enter your **Name/Number** and click **Go Online**.
**2. Add New Customer (Optional)**: If the customer is new, use the **"Add New Customer"** section. **This data saves in your browser.**
**3. Start a Ride**: Enter **Customer Name**, **Start Location**, and **End Location**. Add **Extra Stops** and check **Over 2 Bags** if needed. Click **Start Ride**. **A message will be sent to the business.**
**4. End Ride**: Once the ride is done, click **End Ride**. A summary appears. **From the summary, send messages.**
**5. Cancel Ride**: To cancel, click **Cancel Ride** and provide a reason.
**6. Go Offline**: When your shift ends, click **Go Offline**.
**7. Reset Ride**: Use **Reset** to clear all ride details for a new journey (only after ending or canceling).
**8. DO NOT REFRESH otherwise ride data will be lost and ride will become free to the customer.
